Our Story

Grab and Grow started from my kitchen table as a nutrition student. I wanted an easy way of getting my protein in during the day and iced coffee was a morning ritual for me.

I was always rushing to lectures, so I had was an everyday dilemma: “coffee or protein shake?” Eventually, I added the two together and it tasted better than expected! It was the best of both worlds and became my everyday go-to.

I loved those cans of coffee in shops but I was shocked about the sugar content. I was already making them at home but there was no conveniently healthy version on the shelf to grab so I left thinking “Why isn’t this a thing?” A spark was lit inside of me and Grab and Grow was born.

It wasn’t easy getting here, we went to 11 countries over two years to find a manufacturer who could sustainably source our coffee. I am a huge fan of sustainable clothing and having studied nutrition, I strongly believe in making healthier food as accessible as junk food is, so, it made sense to carry those values forward.

What started as “me”, has now become “we” as Grab and Grow is now family run. Our family wanted to make something that fit effortlessly into our busy lives and hopefully we’ve done the same for you.
